Our most prominent emphasis in our services, here at the PEC Idaho office is transportation. Our local transportation and traffic engineering
expertise is second to none. We make that claim based on our combination of education, certification, and experience. All of our local traffic
engineers all have master's degrees. We have THREE certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE's) in our local staff - a claim no
other Idaho firm can make. Combined, our local traffic engineers have performed numerous traffic and planning studies of all different types and sizes
