PEC is proud to present the project that yielded the American Society of Civil Engineer's 2007 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award, and the 2007 ASCE Outstanding Civil Engineering of the Year Award (see Awards)... The award was given to PEC in early 2007 for the project, completed in August of 2006. The Amity/Happy Valley Roundabout was designed in such a way so as to facilitate future expansion to a multi-lane roundabout future growth dictated the need. The Nampa Highway District and the City of Nampa were our clients for whom we worked to achieve this new level of roundabout and traffic design. PEC followed the project from start to finish... from design to construction. At PEC, we offer everything from preliminary design all the way through administering the construction process. For the Amity and Happy Valley Roundabout, we personally performed the inspection of our in-house design. Kent Fugal was the designing engineer (see Key Personnel ).
